Happy 3rd Birthday to our Sam I Am - Jacksboro Photographer

Today is our little boy Sam's 3rd birthday!!! So I thought I would share a few pictures of little man when he was born (2.19.08).  He has changed me and our lives for the better. I never knew what unconditional love was until I became a mother!!! WOW is all I can say. I am still in awe of him everyday. I love everything about him, God made him PERFECT!!! We are so thankful God gave us both our boys because there is no greater gift than being a parent. I love having conversations with Sam, they are always so funny & interesting. He is always coming up with something new. He honestly has me wrapped around his finger. He tells me everyday 10 times a day I am his princess and his best friend!!! Nothing better than that!!  Sam - Mommy and Daddy love more than you will ever know!!
Happy 3rd Birthday!!!

Also the pictures toward the end are pictures I did literally in about 10 mins - it is all on his timing and I was glad!!!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

I hope everyone has had a great Valentine's Day!!! I have I got to spend it with two of the sweetest boys ever!!!! We started the morning off making chocolate covered strawberry's and then we made Daddy some home made valentine cards which Sam loved!!! As you can see by the pictures below these strawberry's were a little messy but what do you expect when you have a two year old helping you.
Tonight we all went to eat dinner at Big Ed's Pizza - yum yum!!!
As you see below just a few quick shots of my little guys- I love the ones of them together!!!
Have a wonderful rest of the week and till next time.........

Merry Christmas!!!!

I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas from my family to yours!! Christmas is my favorite Holiday of year. I never thought Christmas could be so much fun as a parent but it is a blast!! Baby Jack loves looking at the lights on all the trees and loves trying to get the wrapping paper and my little man Sam takes everything in. I love to hear him say baby Jesus it is so sweet. He has loved Santa this year - big change of heart from last year! He has loved helping me decorate, wrap presents and he loves his navity scene in his room. He is so much fun everyday and I love the look in his eyes!!
The one thing new at our house this year is "Bob the Elf" - Bob reports back to Santa and we have had a blast with him!
This is the most important thing and the true meaning of Christmas:
And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.
But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
                                                                                                            Luke 2: 1-20

I hope you and your family have a perfect Christmas, savor every moment and count your blessings, hold those you love close to heart and make lots of memories!!
Much Love,
Heather, Daniel, Sam & Jack

My Boys - Sam and Jack - Knoxville Studio Photographer

I was very lucky to get the few shots I did with both my boys - Sam was not into having his picture taken the day we were at the studio, or maybe my expectations are too high!!
I loved the couple shots I got of them together, I will try again in a week or so!! enjoy

CHECK OUT THESE TWO TURKEYS - HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM THE SEXTON BOYS

Here are a few quick shots I got of my two sweet boys!!! I was going to take a few shots of the boys in the living room since they looked so cute and matched but Sam insisted on using a few backdrops I still had at the house, so I was thankful to have not taken them to the studio yet or he probably would not have done so well. So of course I done what I had to in order to get them together to get a few quick snaps of my boys. There shirts were made by Ashley from Under the Polka Dot Tree!! Thanks Ashley - they looked too cute in them.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving Day!! We have way for than we deserve and are very thankful for everything!! I am so very thankful for the husband I have and also for my two precious boys that God has blessed us with!!!
have a blessed day everyone!!!
