My Little Family

Here is a quick shot of my husband Daniel, son Sam and I after church on Easter Sunday. Just thought I would share this with everyone. I am now 26 weeks and we only have 12 weeks and 2 days until Baby Brother Jackson Cade makes his grand apperence. I am hoping before..... :) We are scheduled for a morning c-section on July 12th!! I will keep everyone posted. I hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

boys will be boys........ and little boys are fun!!

Here are some shots from the end of The Hatmaker boys session. Sam was with me along with my mom and mother-in-law. Brady kept telling me I want to play with Sam and I said we have to finish your pictures first. Well he really didn't care about finishing his pictures, he wanted to play like all little boys. So here are some of Brady and Sam playing and I did get to catch Jacob in a few too. They had a blast, I wish you could have just seen them. You will see more of the boys together on here - we have some fun stuff in mind!!! Thanks again Binnie!!

Little Boys

Little boys come in all shapes and sizes,
Shy and adventurous, full of surprises,
With misshapen halos and mischievous grins,
Small dirty faces, and sweet, sticky chins.
They'll keep you so busy, and yet all the while
Nothing can brighten the world like their smile.
And no greater treasure has brought homes more joy
Than a curious, active, and lovable boy!

Sam I Am and a little snow fun

I haven't gotten lost everyone!! LOL I haven't blogged in a few days, I have been enjoying some free time with my family before things start getting crazy with all the sessions coming up which I am very excited about. As a lot of you know my husband is a assistant basketball coach and it is very busy right now with that and tournaments start this week as well. Anyways I had been meaning to add these about 2 weeks ago. This was little mans first time really playing in the snow and he LOVED it!!! Here are just a few shots of him. I can not believe he will be 2 years old on Friday which makes me kinda sad because he is growing up too fast and is becoming so independent!!!

Sam I Am - mini valentine session

Uncle Donald and Sam I Am

This is the same session that I took some of my little man Sam that I posted earlier. Sam was with us along with a few other people and he was loving copying Donald and Amanda! It was so cute!! So of course we had to get a few of Donald and his favorite little guy!! While Donald was in he bought Sam his first REAL golf club! And of course Donald showed him how to swing and one day he was swinging it and hit his Uncle Andrew right in the knee!!!

Here are some cute ones of them together. Donald and Sam were throwing rocks and the building together!!

Sam I Am

I thought I would share a few pictures I took of my little man back in October and November!! Yes I know I am a little behind but that is what happens when your momma is the photographer, clients first ~family second. I had done a session for Daniel's brother and his girlfriend while they were visiting at the end of October and some of these were taken at there session. Sam was really into having his picture taken that day. He would go to the spot where they were standing and say cheese, which is very funny to me because I have no idea where he got that from because that is something I never do with clients, I want to capture them as they are. I got to thinking about it and Sam's great grandmother had bought him a little camera and it says it so that is most likely where he picked it up!!!

Exciting News to Share .......

I have been meaning to get this on here for several weeks now and just have been sooooo busy, which is a good thing. :)
Sam has some BIG NEWS to share........ HE IS GOING TO BE A BIG BROTHER!!! Yes that is right we are expecting our second child. My due date is July 17, 2010!!! In this first picture I am around 5 weeks!! We are praying and hoping for a healthy pregnancy and baby!! These were just a few quick snap shots I took!!

We had all of our family over for dinner and I changed Sam's clothes and he went out with his Under The Polka Dot Tree shirt on that said BIG BROTHER!!! Then we all had cake and ice cream to celebrate!!
I will keep everyone posted on Baby Sexton 2010!!!! I will be posting some more pictures of Sam in his Big Brother shirt soon! Trying to get every one's pictures edited first!!
